Sikkim Standoff : China put blame of Pangong skirmish on India | Oneindia News

After video of Chinese army trying to enter India's territory in Pangong surfaced, Beijing has put the blame on New Delhi of the incident. Both countries are at loggerheads after a standoff at the Doklam Tri Junction.
